Protein Packed Baked Oats!
Looking for a protein packed dessert that is easy to make but also healthy? (and vegan of course!) We have the perfect sweet treat for you! Made by the amazing @plantbasedfats🌱
Serves 1
Ingredients:
• 1 YuBi Bar pick your favourite flavour (we used Cookies & Cream)
• 1 cup of oats
• 3/4 cup of plant milk
• tsp baking powder
• pinch of cinnamon (optional)
• 1 banana (not overly ripe)
• pinch of sea salt
How to make:
Blend together until smooth, pour into a ramekin and bake for 25 mins at 180 degrees and watch the magic happen 🤤✨
